Established in 1979, Alpha Awareness Centre's goal is to help people improve their life through the use of hypnotheraphy. We use a highly personalized, discreet, compassionate, and understanding approach that is solution orientated.

Mumtaz Mitha is a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist. She has been in private practice for over 20 years and has also trained many hypnotherapists. She is a founding member of the Canadian Hypnotherapy Association and has appeared as a guest speaker on VTV and BCTV.
